scikit-learn First Public Release

The scikit-learn project history records 1 February 2010 as the date of its first public release, after leadership of the project passed in 2010 to Fabian Pedregosa, Gaël Varoquaux, Alexandre Gramfort, and Vincent Michel at INRIA.
