Theano Development and Use Began

The authors of the SciPy 2010 paper 'Theano: A CPU and GPU Math Compiler in Python' state that Theano development and use began in January 2008. A later paper by the Theano Development Team independently states that Theano had been actively and continuously developed since 2008.
